On June 22, Longyuan Group announced that it won the bid for the general contracting (assembly EPC) of the phase I construction project of the new campus of Changyuan Vocational College (two museums and two centers and the comprehensive teaching building of the north and South campuses), with a bid winning amount of 1.004 billion yuan and an assembly rate of no less than 50%.

The project is located in the red line planning area south of Shanhai Avenue, east of Longyun Avenue and north of Youde Road, Changyuan City, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, with a total construction area of 263399.53 m2, covering the design, procurement and construction of all projects within the red line of two museums and two centers and the comprehensive teaching building in the north and South campuses. The comprehensive teaching building in the South and North campuses will be completed before August 20, 2022, The construction period of the two museums and two centers is 616 calendar days.
